New Moon Sound Bath

New Moon in Libra

Join us for an evening of deep rest and peace, where you will be immersed in breath work, grounding and a meditation.  This will help prepare you to fully receive the healing frequencies, which will bring you restorative rest and balance.

The healing frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and wind chimes will help clear tension and stagnant energy, bringing about a profound sense of tranquility and calm.

The Libra moon is about balance in all areas of your life.  Being fully in autumn, just as the nights are drawing in, this is a time to go inwards and listen.  We will touch on how you can work with the energies of the lunar cycles and season.

We will:

🔮 draw an oracle card or a tarot card

🌙 understand how to work with the energies of the lunar cycles and season

✨ work with a crystal to support your journey

🧘🏽‍♀️ settle in with grounding and a guided meditation

🎶 experience the healing vibrations of the deeply relaxing sound bath

Please bring a mat, pillow(s), blanket, eye mask (optional) and water.  Wear comfortable clothes, layers are best.  PJ's are welcome.

Please consult with a doctor before attending if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker or metal implants.  Not suitable for those with severe tinnitus or sound induced epilepsy.

By attending the session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are choosing to participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional and mental well being.
  • You will let me know before the sound bath if you are pregnant, have any physical injuries, neurological conditions, or mental health concerns that may be relevant.
  • You understand that a sound bath complements, but does not replace, appropriate medical or mental health care.
  • You are free to leave or take a break during the sound bath and return.

This sound bath will be held in the community hall.  Separate entrance to the church, the door is to the right of the church's main entrance.

There are a few car parking spaces onsite and there is usually plenty of parking on nearby roads.

If you have any questions before, please do not hesitate to get in touch.  You can email me at lisaball13@outlook.com

I look forward to seeing you.
