This year, The Tree Council’s Regional Tree Warden Forum for Scotland is being kindly co-hosted between The Tree Council and  Fife Tree Warden Network.

The Forum will be at Dell Farquharson Community Centre, with a visit to nearby Pitencreiff Park where we will come together for some practical skills training and indoor learning. There is a wide variety of trees to be seen at Pitencreiff Park, including Giant Redwoods, Monkey Puzzles, apples and pears and an oak tree planted by Andrew Carnegie himself during a visit to the park in 1909.

The aim of the day is for participants to leave with a better understanding of the state of the UK’s trees and to learn more about the work being done by The Tree Council and Tree Wardens both locally and nationally.
