Scotland Tree Warden Forum

The Tree Council’s Scotland Tree Warden Forum will this year be held at Elder Park Library in Glasgow!

This special regional gathering brings together Tree Wardens, volunteers, and local champions from across Scotland to connect, share experiences, and deepen their knowledge of trees and community engagement. We will be starting the day with a guided walk around Elder Park, a brilliant example of a vibrant urban green space. We'll then be heading to Elder Park Library for an afternoon of inspiring talks!

Whether you are an experienced Tree Warden or new to the role, the forum is designed to support and strengthen your work in protecting, planting, and promoting trees within your community. 

Please note: we will be meeting at w3w: //pills.clear.anyone which is the park entrance closest to Elder Park Library on the morning of the event. Please make sure you have everything you need for an outdoor walk when you arrive as we will not be entering the library until midday.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided - please be sure to let us know of any dietary requirements and food allergies when completing the booking form.

Parking: On street parking is available on Langlands Road

TICKETS: £10 per person

We ask for a contribution of £10 per person to help cover the costs of the event, which includes a buffet lunch, refreshments throughout the day and one free copy of the ‘Tree Growers Guide’. Please remember to:

- wear clothing and footwear suitable for outdoors

- notebooks and pens can be useful

- bring your waterproof jackets, suncream and sunhats depending on the weather forecast nearer the time!
