Tree Council & Tweed Forum - Teacher's Immersive Inspiration CPD at Faldonside Estate

The Tree Council and the Tweed Forum are coming together for a unique Teacher Training event at the beautiful Faldonside Estate in collaboration with Bright Green Nature.

Discover your own love of trees and nature through immersion in this estate's long developed woodlands. Be inspired by talking trees, the Ogham alphabet, nature connection and much more - so much so that we hope you'll leave popping with ideas and enthusiasm to transform the ways in which you engage young people with learning in nature. Session delivered in collaboration with Bright Green Nature and the Tweed Forum. 

This practical and interactive training event will give you a range of activities and ideas to help young people, schools, youth clubs and many more to connect with trees and nature and unlock the potential in your educational setting. The training is suitable for teachers, teaching assistants and outdoor education leads, offering a number of practical sessions and a takeaway pack to help you embed these ideas in your practice.

The event will also be a great networking opportunity to meet with other educators, interested in engaging young minds with trees and nature.

15 spots only. 4-5.30pm with optional networking and questions until 6pm.
