UK & Ireland Combined Order Area Convention

We are using Ticket Tailor to register Order Members wishing to attend the Convention, and to take your deposit. Once registered, we will be in touch at a later date to invoice for the balance of payment.

This form is for booking residential accommodation only. If you wish to book camping or day visits, please use the specific forms for this.

Update as of 27th May

• All twin rooms are fully booked.

• All single ensuite rooms are fully booked. The only exception is if you have particular access or medical needs which make an ensuite room essential. Please contact Nagamani when you book if this is the case.

• We do have plenty of single rooms with shared bathroom available (£77 per night full board).

If you are booking for more than one Order Member, you will need to complete a new form each time.

As part of the booking process, there is quite a lot of information we need to collect. This is essential to ensure the running of a smooth Convention. Please answer all the questions - and then we'll not need to ask again - thank you.

If you have any questions about the Convention, please contact Nagamani – nagamani.orderoffice@gmail.com.
