TRUTH is an LGBTQ+ bashment celebrating the richness of Caribbean music, culture, and community. At its heart, TRUTH is about creating a safe, welcoming space where our community can come together, feel free, and be unapologetically themselves.

Come as you are, express yourself freely, and take up space in whatever way feels true to you. With DJs who know Caribbean music behind the decks, expect a night filled with the sounds of old and new Dancehall, Soca, Lovers Rock, and more.

More than just a party, TRUTH is a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and the freedom to exist authentically.

TRUTH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

TICKETS & REFUNDS

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, you'll get a full refund of the ticket price.

• If the event is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

• Booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

• A change to DJs, the line-up or the set times doesn't qualify for a refund.

• Tickets can't be resold for more than face value. Tickets bought from unofficial sellers will be refused at the door.

• Each ticket admits one person and can only be scanned once. Please don't share your QR code.

AGE & ID – STRICTLY 23+

• TRUTH is strictly 23+. Everyone must show valid photo ID at the door, whatever their age or appearance.

• We accept a passport, a photocard driving licence or a PASS-hologram ID card. We don't accept photos of ID.

• If you can't show valid ID, you won't be let in and you won't get a refund.

ENTRY

• Last entry is 11PM. A ticket doesn't guarantee entry after last entry.

• Management and venue security can refuse entry or remove anyone, without a refund. This includes anyone who is visibly intoxicated or breaks these terms.

• You may be searched on entry. If you refuse a search, you won't be let in.

• Bar Silver's own venue rules also apply.

SAFE SPACE POLICY

• TRUTH is a safe space for LGBTQ+ people. We have zero tolerance for homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, harassment or any other discrimination. Anyone who behaves this way will be removed without a refund.

• Consent is everything. Ask before you touch anyone. No means no.

• If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, speak to a member of staff at any time.

• We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs. Anyone found with them will be removed and may be reported to the police.

PHOTOS & FILMING

• Our official photographer and videographer will be at the event, and the photos and videos may be used to promote TRUTH. If you don't want to appear in them, send us a message and we'll make sure you're left out.

• Some guests aren't out in every part of their lives. Please don't photograph or film other guests without their permission, and don't post anyone's face online unless they've agreed.

OTHER

• You're responsible for your own belongings. Neither TRUTH nor Bar Silver is liable for anything lost or stolen.

• If you have access needs, message us before the event and we'll do our best to help.
