In this special edition of the Lobo Living Room, join UNM President Garnett S. Stokes for a one-on-one conversation with UNM alumnus Mark Woodbury ('81), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX).
Mark leads UDX, the global division of Comcast NBCUniversal, that designs, builds, and operates world-class immersive entertainment experiences, including Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Japan, Universal Beijing Resort, Universal Horror Unleashed, and the soon-to-open Universal Kids Resort. He also oversees NBCUniversal’s global consumer products and gaming division.
A graduate of The University of New Mexico’s School of Architecture and Planning, Mark began his career more than 30 years ago during the development of Universal Studios Florida. As former president of Universal Creative, he helped shape some of the most innovative and immersive environments in the world, including groundbreaking themed lands and attractions across multiple continents.
