The holiday season is right around the corner, and we're excited to announce that vendor registration is now OPEN for our 5th Annual Holiday Craft & Vendor Show!

Join us for one of our most anticipated events of the year as we welcome shoppers from across the region to discover unique gifts, handmade creations, delicious treats, and so much more—all while supporting local small businesses.

Whether you're a returning vendor or joining us for the first time, we'd love to have you be part of this holiday tradition!

Vendor spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Vendor Information

Booth Options

Single Booth: 10' x 4'

Double Booth: 20' x 4'

Each booth includes:

• One (1) 8-foot table

• Two (2) chairs

(Table linens are not provided.)

Please let us know during registration if you do not require the table or chairs.

Electricity: Limited electrical spaces are available and must be requested during registration. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords.

Event Schedule

Vendor check-in and set-up begins at 8:00 AM.

All booths must be completely set up by 10:30 AM.

Please unload your vehicle before moving it to vendor parking as directed by our parking attendants.

To provide the best experience for our guests, vendors are expected to remain set up until the event concludes at 3:00 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted without prior approval.

Display Guidelines

To help protect our venue, the following items are prohibited:

Staples

Nails or tacks

Tape on venue surfaces

Glitter

Please do not attach decorations to walls, ceilings, windows, curtains, or any venue fixtures.

Vendor Policies

By registering for this event, vendors acknowledge and agree to the following:

 Booths are assigned in the order registrations are received.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Venue at Liberty Valley does not guarantee sales or vendor exclusivity.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal belongings.

Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, professional, and family-friendly booth throughout the event.

Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area before leaving. Any oversized trash or boxes must be removed from the property.

Liability

Participation in this event is at the vendor's own risk. By registering, vendors release and hold harmless The Venue at Liberty Valley, its owners, employees, and representatives from any liability relating to injury, illness, theft, property damage, foodborne illness, or loss occurring before, during, or after the event.
