Every Christmas table has the same debate: red or white? This year, we’re settling it by pouring both.

Join us on Wednesday 2nd December for a guided tasting of six wines, served as three red and white pairs, each matched to a different part of the festive feast. We’ll start with a red and a white to go with Christmas starters, move on to a red and a white made for the turkey and all the trimmings, then finish with a pair to suit everything else that ends up on the table, from cheese to pigs in blankets.

You’ll taste each pair side by side, so you can see for yourself how the same dish brings out completely different things in a red and a white, and decide which team you’re on (or, more likely, discover you’re on both).

As always, this will be a relaxed, approachable tasting, complete with cheeseboards. Perfect for anyone who wants a head start on their Christmas wine shopping, or simply fancies a thoroughly enjoyable midweek evening in the festive spirit.
