You can Relax and reboot with the help of Massage ( from hot stones with Molly, Emanuel or Hazel,   Indian Head Massage with Hazel, seated back neck and shoulders with Kate;  Reflexology with Kate or Hazel; Beauty therapy including Facials, threading and colouring (patch test 24hrs in advance)  - or have  a mini-manicure or new or painted nails too. You can discover how to help your gut with Sarah, using Kinesiology 

Taster treatments are very affordable, starting from £14.00 for 20 minutes - double sessions can be booked. Pre-book your time slot by texting/calling 07775875585 or just arrive and decide!
