Monthly Weekend Reset: Writing for Well-Being workshop

Multiple dates and times Online, Zoom

The monthly Weekend Reset offers you a space to refresh and recharge. Across 90 nourishing minutes, you'll be guided through mindfulness and creative writing exercises, with time for optional sharing, active listening and gentle discussion, all held within a supportive, non‑judgemental writing room.

The workshop isn’t about learning to “be a writer”. It’s about using writing as a tool for grounding, clarity and emotional well-being. You don’t need experience, confidence or perfect grammar. I simply invite you to bring a pen and paper (or a laptop if it's your preference) and a willingness to explore what emerges when you give yourself time to write.

In this session, you will experience:
• a guided visualisation, mindfulness or breathing exercise to help you settle and centre
• therapeutic writing exercises and prompts designed to support your well-being
• spacious moments for reflection and optional sharing
• how writing can gently unlock insight and self‑connection

Dates:

Saturday 18 July, 16.00 - 17.30 (Zoom)

Whether you’re navigating your way out of a heavy week or preparing yourself for the start of the next one, the monthly Weekend Reset workshop invites you to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself, as well as connecting with others.

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter through the restorative power of writing.
