Breathing Together: A Deeper Online Exploration
This extended online breathwork circle offers a deeper, more spacious exploration of conscious connected breathwork.
Across two hours, we take time to arrive, settle, and build connection — with ourselves, with the group, and with the breath. The session begins with gentle attunement and grounding, alongside simple somatic and breath practices to support awareness and regulation. From there, we move into a longer, guided conscious connected breathwork journey (approximately one hour), allowing more time for the process to unfold.
This format creates space not only for the breathwork itself, but for integration and sharing. There is no pressure to speak, but the opportunity to be witnessed — and to witness others — can be an important part of the experience.
Conscious connected breathwork can support emotional release, insight, and a deeper connection to the body. Some people experience clarity or shifts in perspective; others notice more subtle changes in how they feel, breathe, or relate. All experiences are welcome.
This is a carefully held, trauma-aware space. You will be guided throughout, with an emphasis on choice, pacing, and working within your own capacity.
