This is going to be our first Cheese & Beer evening! After a run of sold-out Cheese & Wine events we thought we'd do one featuring Welsh beer. Like the wine events this is going to be a cosy informal evening in our Taffs Well cheese shop, just outside Cardiff. These are ticketed evenings for a maximum of 16 people, hosted by Welsh Cheese Company owner Tom Pinder. Tom will select twelve Welsh cheeses for the evening, paired with four different Welsh beers. He will talk you through each of the cheeses, giving background about the cheesemaker and the way each cheese is made.

This will be followed by a bottomless cheeseboard of other Welsh favourites, along with Welsh crackers and chutneys, and a fun cheesy quiz. As ever, there’s going to be a lot of cheese!
