Glow West - Winter Festivities at the West Hub

Celebrate winter over two magical nights at Glow West! Join us for an evening of live performances, entertainers, stunning lighting displays, music, and food trucks. Open to all—students, staff, families, and the entire Cambridge community.

• Dates: 5th & 6th December 2024
• Session Times: Two sessions per night. 4pm to 6pm & 6:30pm to 8:30pm
• Location: The West Hub
• Admission: Free and open to everyone!

Glow West Event Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining us for Glow West! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following guidelines before attending:

One Session Booking Only: Bookings are limited to one session per guest to allow as many people as possible to attend. Multiple session bookings will be cancelled to ensure fairness.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session begins to facilitate a smooth entry process.

Session Timings: We kindly ask that guests vacate the event area promptly at the end of their session to make space for incoming guests in the following session. Thank you for your understanding.

Outdoor Setting: As this is an outdoor winter event, please dress warmly and appropriately for the weather conditions.

Photography and Media: Photography and filming will take place during the event. By attending, you grant permission for the University of Cambridge to use these photographs and films for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print, online publication, and broadcast (e.g., University and West Hub websites and social media). If you do not wish to appear in photographs or films, please speak to the team at registration.

Lighting Effects: Please be aware that the event will include flashing lights, which may be unsuitable for individuals with light sensitivity or photosensitivity.

Challenge 25 Policy: We will be operating a Challenge 25 policy, so please bring relevant ID should you be asked.

Children: All children under the age of 18 attending must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Ticket Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, please submit a cancellation request for your tickets as soon as possible. This helps us create a more inclusive experience by opening up your spot to others who wish to join.

Safety and Conduct:

• Kindly follow instructions from event staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.
• Please keep personal belongings with you at all times, as the West Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
