The Final Final Fling

A two day conference and party to celebrate, remember and say a proper farewell.

Conference (Saturday) overview: What are we taking out into the world as our legacy? What does childhood look like in 2026? How important is playfulness in a Gen Z world? Where can community exist and what can it achieve?  

Saturday night will be a dinner and celebration all together and the chance to raise a glass to the good ship ATE. 

Sunday will be fun, games, nonsense, legacy reflection, spending times with friends old and new, lots of tea and cake and probably a good old sing song. 

Key things to know: 

- If needed, accommodation could be added-on Friday night for those with longer journeys

- The days programme's will start at 10am on both days 

-  Refreshments and meals are included in all tickets 

- Accommodation at Barton is large dorm style, and we ask that those who are able to stay locally in hotels, do, and that the tickets that include the Barton accommodation is prioritised for Monitors and/or students / those not in work.

- Weekend tickets are offered at £15 cheaper for those weekend attendees happy to do a meal-prep / washing up slot at some point over the weekend

- You are able to book a place now with a £25 deposit, with the balance being due by Fri. 9th October
