The World Experience Organization is hosting a three-day, in-person gathering from 28-30 June 2023 in London, UK.

For the first time ever, Experience Economy pioneers from around the globe and all sectors will come together to define the future of experiences.

Experience designers, creators, producers, operators, promoters and thinkers from across all 25 sectors of the Experience Economy will:

• Connect and collaborate with Experience Economy experts.

• Discover radical yet practical ideas about the Art, Science and Business of experiences.

• Learn how to stage more successful, profitable, and sustainable experiences.

• Share in writing the next chapter of the Experience Revolution.

Packages & Prices 

We have worked to offer a range of prices that reflect the varying economic progress of the different sectors of the Experience Economy.  

We have a great venue with limited space, so book as early as possible to avoid feeling FOMO about missing the one and only original, first, inaugural World Experience Summit!

A) Types:

1. Visionary: for suppliers of technology and solutions to experience creators, and buyers or commissioners of experiences, i.e. brand owners and regular ad agencies who realise the power and potential of experiences to connect with audiences.

2. Creator: for creators and producers of experiences, e.g. experiential agencies. 

3. Solo Creator: for creators of experiences who work on their own.

B) Groups:

To encourage pairing up and threesomes – because the data from psychology and neuroscience are clear, life is more better with connections and friends – we’ve created super-friendly reduced pass prices if you bring a friend or two.

1. x1: one pass for one person to attend.

2. x2: two passes for two people to attend.

3. x3: three passes for three people to attend.

Because anticipation is free happiness, we have discounted rates for those who commit early.

Question: "Why are there so many different types of passes on offer?"

Answer: "You just decide who you are - a Visionary, a Creator or a Solo Creator. Then buy a pass that has that title at the top! We're also offering significant discounts for when you come with a friend or colleague, because the science - and we love the science of experience design - is clear: we live longer, happier, more successful lives through relationships, so we want to encourage people to come in groups. Everyone also wins because you'll get more from the Summit - before, during and after - and we'll grow the WXO community too."
