Write Like You Love It with Jenny Bitner - In Person
Is writing hard? Is it tedious, a drag, something you want to do but don’t do? In my 30 years of teaching I have found that many people create every excuse to not write and that sadly some of the people who most want to write don’t do it because of their inner critical voice. If you’re one of those who feel that way, this one-day writing retreat will change how you feel about writing. We’ll explore some deeply held emotions and beliefs about writing. I will use my skills as a writing teacher and a hypnotherapist to guide you in hypnosis, playful writing games, and coaching to get you unstuck and to create positive, affirming new thoughts. You will also have plenty of time to write and an hour break for lunch. You’ll leave class believing that there is no one right way to write, that writing is process and not perfection, and that writing is an exciting adventure. And maybe even that you love writing.
