Jenny Bitner
WEDNESDAYS, APRIL 26th - MAY 31st | There is a magic and mystery in the process of writing, but sometimes we lose that feeling when we write for a living or have an idea of writing as only a finished project. In this generative writing class we will use tarot, dreamwork, astrology, automatic writing and hypnosis to generate new ideas and spark our creative minds.
Writing is wonderful when it flows, but how can we regularly tap into the flow state? In this class we will explore ways of accessing the unconscious for our writing. We will brainstorm, explore, play writing games, look at our dreams, and explore guided meditation for creativity. There is no homework in this class. This class is great for beginners, those wanting to get re-inspired and those who work professionally with words and feel numb to their beauty.
Asynchronous learning materials for this class will be available online (via the Wet Ink platform). Scheduled class sessions will take place via Zoom. Registered students, please contact the instructor directly for Zoom details.
