The Zen Project at Rolls Royce

The Zen Project is a social enterprise on a mission to offer a mobile sanctuary, bringing the benefits of our Zen Sessions to all from a converted American school bus.

We believe in creating calm amongst the chaos and showing people how simple it can be to find some zen.

We’re passionate about bringing our accessible, short, guided Zen Sessions to workplaces and events. We believe that the Zen Project can help anyone to live a more peaceful, happier and healthier life.

We will run our “Zen Sessions” sessions from 10am to 5pm. Guided Zen Sessions to ease anxiety, quieten the mind and promote calm. All delivered from our converted American school bus! Limited walk-in spaces also available.

Activities on offer (all sessions are 11 minutes long):

Gentle breathing techniques for stress, energy and anxiety

Guided meditation - for focus, creativity, calm and to help relieve anxiety.

Sound baths - total relaxation
