Research integrity and full text access at the point of screening: LibKey & Covidence are now integrated

You can now give your researchers immediate access to your library's full text and alert them to potentially flawed or compromised research right at the moment they screen studies.

Researchers get the papers faster and they also know if a study is retracted, carries an expression of concern, cites a retracted paper, or comes from a journal flagged as a Problematic Publisher, protecting them from unknowingly using those kinds of flawed research.

Systematic reviews slow down in two places: getting the full text of a study, and being confident that the study belongs in the review at all.

Until now, those decisions have been made with incomplete information.

The Covidence and LibKey integration addresses both problems in the same workflow.

LibKey knows the article: where to get it, and whether it carries a retraction, an expression of concern, a citation to retracted research, or ties to a Problematic Publisher.

Covidence knows the review: which studies are under consideration, at what stage, who decided what, and how it will be reported.
