About the Facilitator:
Nicki is an experienced executive coach and EFT practitioner, whose approach is both gentle and powerful. Nicki creates a safe and supportive, trauma-informed space where clients can explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped them, and begin to release the pain they hold within.
She works with people who feel impacted by difficult environments or experiences that have affected their sense of self, confidence, or emotional wellbeing.
Through a trauma-informed blend of coaching and EFT, she helps people gently reconnect with clarity, calm, and self-trust.

What Is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a gentle, body-based approach that combines focused awareness with light tapping on specific points.
It’s widely used to help reduce emotional intensity, release stress, and support a greater sense of calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided step-by-step throughout the session.
