In This is not a coup, journalist Aris Chatzistefanou follows the «coup d'état» interventions of EU and the ECB in countries such as Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Cyprus and Greece and speaks with former heads of states and politicians who determined the developments in front of and behind the lights of publicity.
Which banks imposed the creation of euro? Who ordered the overthrowing of elected prime ministers and how were we lead to the shutting down of banks? Is a reform possible for the system that was founded in order to serve the most powerful economies of Europe?
Screenings of the documentary have already been conducted in Greece (Athens, Piraeus, Ioannina, Serres) as well as in several European cities (Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Frankfurt, London), while more of them are currently being planned.
