Three Bears Foundation Winter Charity Ball 2025

Join us on Saturday 1st November 2025 at York Racecourse from 6:30pm for a black tie evening of dinner, music, dancing and amazing charity raffle.

We are selling tables for 10-12 guests, tickets are £80 per person.

To book your table you will need to pay a £200 deposit, final balance will need to be paid by the end of September 2025, we will contact you directly to invoice the balance.

• Dress Code: Black tie and posh frocks

• Arrival from 6.30pm for welcome drink and reception

• 7pm 3 course dinner with coffee

• Charity auction and raffle

• Live Music from South West Band 

In 2024, the Three Bears Ball raised over £24,000 making it a huge part of our fundraising efforts. This money goes towards helping all of these causes and supporting our amazing family, friends, colleagues and networks who have suffered, or are suffering from this terrible illness.
