Snuggle Soirée - A Cuddle and Movie Night

Have you wanted to explore physical touch and closeness in a safe environment but don’t know where to start? Do you want to cuddle and caress without concern that things have to escalate? Do you want to practice communication and consent while watching a movie?

A brand new party is here at Threshold! Join Mx Miko for a relaxed evening of cuddle puddles and a movie! Bring your own blankets, pillows, and stuffies to help create a cozy environment. You can also bring some favorite movie snacks and treats but some will be provided as well!

Unlike our other events, this isn’t going to be a conventional play party with BDSM scenes. To try something new, this party will be more chaste so people can focus on closeness and intimacy exploration that does not lead to heavy petting. To help foster this environment we are asking that all participants wear a minimum of a tank top and shorts. Please practice good personal hygiene and go easy on the perfumes and colognes in consideration for those with sensitives!

You are welcome to bring camping chairs if you can’t get on the ground but please park those farther from the TV to not block anyone’s view.

The small rooms will be open for closed cuddle groups and quieter space but no heavy petting or other scenes, please! While this isn’t a party for Ace and Aro people only, we are trying to keep those sensibilities for this party.

7-7:45 ~ Arrive and mingle! Set up blankets and pillows and mats together and lay a claim to your ideal spot!

7:45-8:00 ~ Cuddle Communication and Consent! A quick welcome wagon/lesson on cuddling basics and reminders on how to ask and confirm where you want to be touched

8:00ish Movie Time!

10 - 11 ~ Collective cleanup and parting ways! Everyone willing and able to help put things back for the evening so everyone can get home with plenty of rest on a weeknight
