2026 ThriveKY Advocacy For Thriving Communities Road Show - COVINGTON

Join us for updates on state and federal policies that impact the health & wellbeing of Kentuckians. Speakers will discuss how to advocate for a stronger safety net through public assistance programs designed to support thriving communities.
All registrations available at: tinyurl.com/2026ThriveKY. Each event will begin 1PM Local Time and last 3.5 hours. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to register.

THIS SESSION WILL COVER:
- Important state and federal policy updates on programs and policies that help people meet their basic needs, such as Medicaid, SNAP, and housing resources.
- Advocacy tools to build the skills and confidence needed to become a community advocate for an issue you care about.
- Discussion about your work in the community and challenges you face serving your clients. *Additional 30 minutes added to encourage participant discussion.

Free CEUs AVAILABLE!
This will be a continuing education and/or professional development credit opportunity! During this community education series, we will provide CEU certificates for Certified Community Health Workers and social workers, and will be coordinating for self-reporting needs to support targeted case managers, FRYSCs, nurses, lawyers/attorneys, Alcohol & Drug Counselors, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, Pastoral Counselors, psychologists, art therapists and others.
