Additionally, explore the new GDM pathway, part of our programme dedicated to supporting women post-gestational diabetes, focusing on health, weight loss, and Type 2 diabetes risk reduction.

Richard is a GP partner, GPSI in Cardiology and Lifestyle Medicine, CCG Wellbeing lead, author and Thrive Tribe’s Clinical Lead.
Courtney Steacy
Courtney is the Senior Account Manager on the NHS & Partnerships team at Second Nature. Courtney manages the Diabetes Prevention Programme contract alongside the Head of NHS Partnerships while overseeing the locally commissioned Tier 2 and Tier 3 weight management contracts across England, Scotland and Wales.
