Open Play is all about connection, community, and a little healthy competition! Whether you're a seasoned pro or recently smitten with Mahjong, this is your chance to shuffle up and play with fellow tile lovers.

We’ll have everything set up and ready—just bring your 2026 NMJL card and your love for the game. All skill levels are welcome, but please note: Open Play is for players who already know how to play American Mahjong and are comfortable with NMJL rules. (Still learning? Join one of our beginner classes—we’d be thrilled to teach you!)
