Wild Grounds at Bracken Bloom
A slow afternoon of movement, nature connection, community, and seasonal discovery.
Wild Grounds is a unique gathering that blends gentle yoga, nature connection, wild plant knowledge, seasonal living, and meaningful community in beautiful outdoor locations across Kent.
Each event takes place in a carefully chosen venue, from woodland retreats and glamping sites to farms and country parks, inviting you to slow down, reconnect, and experience somewhere new.
This July, we'll gather at the beautiful Bracken Bloom, spending time together in the venue's stunning teepee and private surrounding land.
This is so much more than a yoga class.
Wild Grounds is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend an afternoon immersed in nature, learning, connecting, and simply being.
Together we will:
- Enjoy 60 minutes of gentle yoga-inspired movement and breathwork
- Take part in a 30-minute guided nature connection experience
- Learn to identify seasonal wild plants and discover their traditional uses
- Create and enjoy a fresh herbal tea using seasonal plants and herbs
- Connect with like-minded people in a welcoming and supportive environment
- Slow down, relax, and reconnect with yourself
Drawing on my experience as a yoga teacher, wild food forager, and Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) guide, I'll share practical knowledge, seasonal insights, and nature connection practices throughout the afternoon.
We'll begin with a gentle 60-minute yoga practice designed to help you arrive, unwind, and reconnect with your body and breath. We will then move into a 30-minute guided nature connection experience where we'll explore the land around us, discover seasonal plants and herbs, learn their stories and traditional uses, and create a fresh herbal tea together.
After the guided session, the afternoon slows even further.
Your ticket includes:
- A 60-minute yoga practice
- A 30-minute guided nature connection experience
- Access to the beautiful private grounds of Bracken Bloom
- Seasonal wild plant identification and learning
- Creating and enjoying a fresh herbal tea together using seasonal plants and herbs
- Herbal or traditional tea
- Time and space to relax, connect, and enjoy the venue afterwards
- Toilets on site and access to the on-site shop
Once the guided portion of the event has finished, you're welcome to stay and enjoy the space at your own pace. Chat with new friends, explore the grounds, browse the shop, enjoy your tea, or simply find a quiet corner and soak up the atmosphere. Option to finish at end of class 2pm or stay longer until 3pm.
If you're someone who prefers solitude, you can continue your experience independently while still feeling supported and inspired.
Wild Grounds was created because meaningful connection takes time.
This isn't an event where you arrive, do a class, and leave. It's an afternoon designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, spark your curiosity, and create genuine connection—with nature, with others, and with yourself.
No experience is needed. All movement is gentle, accessible, and offered with plenty of options.
Come exactly as you are.
