Celebrate the turning of the seasons with a gentle day of mindful walking, woodland connection, movement, and the abundance of the apple harvest.

As we approach the Autumn Equinox, we are invited to slow down, find balance, and reconnect with the natural world around us. This special experience begins with a guided silent walk through the local countryside, taking time to notice the changing season, the landscapes around us, and the quiet beauty of autumn.

During our walk, you'll be introduced to the principles of forest bathing through simple sensory practices, moments of stillness, and gentle mindful movement in the woods. This is a welcoming introduction to forest bathing, blending walking, movement, breath, and connection with nature.

After our guided experience, we'll return to the beautiful Wild Summer site, where we'll celebrate the apple harvest. You'll have the opportunity to pick an apple and press your own fresh apple juice, enjoying the simple pleasure of tasting the season's harvest for yourself.

For those who choose to stay longer, the experience continues with a relaxed harvest gathering. We'll share a little seasonal storytelling about the humble apple — exploring its history, its place in our landscapes, and why this incredible fruit has been celebrated for generations.

You'll then enjoy a beautiful seasonal lunch, homemade apple-inspired treats, apple salads, apple crumble, and other delicious creations celebrating the abundance of the harvest. There will be time to relax, connect, enjoy the surroundings, and embrace the slower rhythm of the season.
