Whether you want to deepen your technique, explore contemporary Cuban movement, or simply enjoy dancing and sharing the energy of the music, this afternoon invites you to move, discover, and connect.

13:30 – 14:30 | Técnica de la Danza Moderna Cubana

• This workshop focuses on the foundations of modern Cuban dance technique. You’ll work on posture, body coordination, weight transfer, and grounded movement, building a strong base that supports clarity, control, and musical expression.

14:30 – 15:30 | Salsa with Afro (Solo)

• This workshop with Amanda explores the connection between Salsa Cubana, Afro-Cuban movement, and solo expression. Salsa steps, body movement, musicality, and Afro-Cuban influences inspired by the Orishas come together to create more flow, grounding, and energy in your dance.

15:30 – 18:00 | Social Dance - Cuban Salsa

• Relax, dance, and enjoy the music in a friendly and open atmosphere.

13:30 – 14:30 | Técnica de la Danza Moderna Cubana

• Dieser Workshop konzentriert sich auf die Grundlagen der modernen kubanischen Tanztechnik. Im Fokus stehen Haltung, Körperkoordination, Gewichtsverlagerung und geerdete Bewegung, um eine stabile Basis für Klarheit, Kontrolle und musikalischen Ausdruck zu schaffen.

14:30 – 15:30 | Salsa mit Afro (Solo)

• Dieser Workshop mit Amanda erforscht die Verbindung zwischen Salsa Cubana, afro-kubanischer Bewegung und Solo-Ausdruck. Salsa-Schritte, Body Movement, Musikalität und Afro-kubanische Einflüsse inspiriert von den Orishas verbinden sich zu mehr Flow, Erdung und Energie im Tanz.

15:30 – 18:00 | Social Dance - Cubanische Salsa

• Entspanntes Tanzen in offener Atmosphäre mit viel Raum für Austausch und Freude an der Musik.
