3rd Annual Jigsaw Puzzle Competition

Unravel the 1000-Piece Puzzle, Conquer the Challenge!

Calling all puzzle enthusiasts! Are you ready to put your problem-solving skills to the ultimate test? Join us for an exhilarating jigsaw puzzle competition where teamwork, strategy, and speed reign supreme!

The Rules are Simple:

• Team Formation: Gather your puzzle-savvy friends and form a team of 4.
• Time Limit: You'll have 2.5 hours to piece together a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle.
• Strategy is Key: Develop a winning strategy with your team to tackle the puzzle efficiently.
• Prizes: The team that completes the puzzle first will be crowned champions and win amazing prizes!  
• Tiebreak: If no team finishes within the time limit, the team with the most pieces placed wins.

Registration Details:

• Registration Fee: $80 per team ($20 per person) - You take home your competition puzzle
• Registration deadline: Registration closes Sunday, November 8.
• Location: 108 Community Centre, 4924 Telqua Drive, 108 Mile Ranch
• Payments: Your team's spot is confirmed once your e-transfer is received. Please send payment to timberlandevents108@gmail.com.

What to Expect:

• Equipment: Each team will have one 6' x 30" table provided. Teams may use box covers, sorting trays and the table provided it does not interfere with other puzzlers
• Event timing: Doors open at 1:00PM.  Competition starts at 1:30PM.  Competition ends at 4:00PM
  
• Team Theme (optional): Dress up or pick a theme if you like. There's a bonus prize for the best one, but it's entirely optional and just for fun.
• Family Friendly: All ages are encouraged to participate. Children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Refreshments: Refreshments will be provided for registrants, including water, light snacks, and a selection of drinks. Please ensure to bring personal hydration and nutrition if you have specific dietary requirements.
• Puzzle Exchange: Bring a gently used puzzle (or a few) and take home something new-to-you. No money changes hands, just swap and enjoy! Please bring complete puzzles only.
• Spectators: Spectators are welcome! We ask that you give competing teams room to concentrate. A copy of this year's competition puzzle will be set up just for spectators, so you can try your hand at the same puzzle the teams are racing to finish. Spectators are also welcome to join the puzzle exchange.
