If the British Embassy place a travel ban due to the coronavirus all tickets will be transferred to a new date set by TimelessWeekender.

Due to the circumstances which are beyond our control, we can not offer refunds for bands already purchased. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however we will be following all National Guidelines set by the Embassy.

Please contact your airline, accommodation and travel insurance provider for their terms & conditions.

Purchased tickets are only valid on completion of the #TimelessWeekender registration process. Photo ID will be required and will be used to make your #TimelessWeekender2020 Membership card. If you do not complete the required registration process including your photo, you will not receive your membership card and will lose your deposit.

All application forms for the weekender will be sent out mid- March for completion.

This weekender is strictly for the Mature Party Goers.

All wrist band purchases are subject to change of Itinerary, venue & Entertainment.
