This truly is a completely unique event - join us in a beautiful venue (in the middle of the Gloucestershire countryside) for an invigorating cold plunge and sauna experience, followed by a natural reed diffuser making workshop, run by specialist scent blender, Hannah Thompson from Time to Burn. Create a reed diffuser using 25% natural essential oils and craft a gorgeous dried flower mini bouquet to add to your reeds.

Woodfired Sauna and Cold Plunge

Take time for yourself and immerse in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Be present and let the cold water refresh you. Nestled in nature, the outdoor sauna and cold plunge harnesses the powerful benefits of hot-and-cold contrast therapy: the warmth of the sauna deeply relaxes muscles, flushes toxins through sweating, and boosts circulation, while the crisp plunge into cold water fires up your immune system, releases a rush of feel-good endorphins, and sharpens mental clarity. Experiencing this exhilarating ritual in the fresh spring air offers the ultimate physical reset and mood boost—leaving you completely refreshed and energised. It also makes your skin feel amazing! 

Natural Reed Diffuser Workshop 
Hannah, who has been creating essential oil scent blends for years, will guide you through the whole process step by step. We will dive into the science behind scent creation, exploring the fragrance pyramid with 18 pure natural essential oils to choose from. The oils range from Rose Geranium and Frankinsense to Cedar Wood - a great variety from all seasons. You will craft your own unique perfume blend using a high 25% oil concentration, choosing your preferred glass jar or vase, and transforming it into a custom diffuser that will fill your home with fragrance for up to 3 months.

Build Your Dried Flower Bouquet
To finish up, you will build a custom reed bouquet to sit inside your diffuser jar using dried lavender, wheat stalks, and other natural stems. Head home at around 7.30pm (perfect timing for you to head somewhere for dinner afterwards) with a genuinely impressive, great-smelling creation and a feeling of complete calm. Hannah provides a bag for you to take your item home (with another free little surprise scented item inside) so you don't need to bring anything to put your diffuser in. 

Tea and Coffee

Tea and coffee will be available to warm you up after your Sauna session and can be purchased from the little shop on site.

Is there Parking?

Yes! There is plenty of free parking!

What to bring and how to prepare for your sauna & cold plunge session
Swimwear (we recommend arriving with this on ready to go)

Two towels (on to sit on, one to dry off)

A dry robe or similar for getting changed (although there is a lovely summer house to get changed in so don't worry if you aren't a dry robe owner! In fact, a lot of people wear dressing gowns!)

Sliders or flip flops for walking around the decking during your session

Warm cosy clothes for after your session when we are blending our diffusers.

Hydrate well throughout the day leading up to your sauna session

What to bring for after
Very important - Be prepared to wrap up warm. Whilst we are hoping for a beautiful day, it will still be chilly in the meadow. We recommend bringing coats, wooly hats and blankets to make sure you are nice and cosy and can enjoy the great outdoors without a chill! We have plenty of spaces for you to put bags so don't be afraid to pack heavy!

Refunds

Please note that we are unable to refund unless the ticket can be resold. We will do our best to resell the ticket so do reach out and we will see what is possible. Unfortunately if we cannot fill the space we cannot refund the ticket. Note that if you contact us too close to the event (within a week) resale is less likely. 

If you're unable to make it, however, we will make your scent blend for you and you can pick it up from our candle kitchen in Cheltenham or, if agreed with the venue, we can leave it at the venue to pick up another time.
