Laser Cutter Certification

Welcome to TinkerMill's Laser Certification Class!

Here we cover safe operation of TinkerMill's 80-watt laser cutter. This machine can cut wood, some plastics and other materials like some foams. It can also engrave images onto materials like glass and certain metals.

In this class, we will cover safety, software, general operation, and make some cool key-chains along the way. You may bring a vector file you want to cut so we can kick start projects while learning this awesome machine. Please keep cuts or engraving files under 4 square inches so that everyone has a chance to operate the laser during this class.

*All minors under the age of 18 must have a legal guardian with them at all times. 12 years old minimum for our laser cutter. For a complete list of policies for minors please visit our website here.
