In this class, you will learn:

  • The core technology behind resin printers
  • The different types of resin printers and resin varieties, and their respective use cases
  • Safety precautions and protocols for resin printing
  • How to import, prepare, and effectively support and slice a 3D model for resin printing
  • How to operate the resin printers at Tinkermill (example models will be included, or you can bring your own)*
  • How to effectively clean and post-process your parts
  • A brief overview of the most popular sculpting and design software most often used with resin printing (Blender, Nomad Sculpt, Z-brush)**
  • There will also be a Q&A with the instructor, time permitting.
  • Supplies for the class are included in the admission price

* If you intend to bring your own model, please email the instructor first so they can inspect it to ensure it will print correctly.
