Home EdVenture 28th July - The Edge Adventure

Tue 28 Jul 2026 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM The Edge Adventure Activities Ltd, TF13 6DB

Intro

This is for home educated children and their parents who are keen to get outdoors & share activities with like-minded people.

We will be offering team building & bonding activities to help build connections, make new friends and learn new skills.

Why?

The school system is clearly not working for many & been locked up indoors all day just isn't healthy.  Online connections have started to replace in-person connections and social anxiety is becoming a blocker for many people.

We are hoping this will help children to make new friends, spend time in nature & enjoy learning through fun and experiential activities.

We also hope to provide parents the space to connect with others and also get involved with the activities.

Please note - this is not a drop-off service, we need parents to support & remain responsible for their children's behaviour and basic safety on site, while bonding with the group.  We will run the events with safety briefings.

What to expect?

Inclusive activities.

Tea, coffee & squash included.

Free time & open space to play.

What does it cost?

Parents - free entry (optional discounted rate for for main activity)

Under 6's - free (Please note - not eligible for activities but welcome to play in the open space).
