This booking applies to a 1hr birthday party package or 90min birthday party package in Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse (upstairs from Honey Hill Tearooms, Tewin Hill, AL6 0LL). 

Once you have booked your spot, Fairy Tara will confirm with you via email what package you have selected and final costs. All confirmation details about the day will be in your confirmation with this booking!

Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse is a completely immersive, theatrical, magical experience for children 3-10yrs. After being greeted at our hidden fairy door by Fairy Tara and friends, the children are welcomed upstairs into a fantastical world under our magical tree for dancing, storytelling, spells, games, crafting, potion making & more!
If your child has a wonderful imagination and loves all things magical, this is the perfect birthday party experience to book!

As part of each theme, the children will be able to meet our magical Enchanted Tree,
discover Elf & Gnome houses, dress up in our sparkle corner, make wishes in the Wishing Well for Fairy Dandelion to grant, find our secret Fairy Dust cupboard for face sparkles, collect pirate treasure and generate enough magic for Ziggy the Enchanted Tree to blow bubbles!

Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse can host entertainment for up to 20 children, but we recommend 15 as our ideal number to keep it as intimate as possible!

FAQS / Ts & Cs

Can grown ups attend the party? 

Yes they can! We ask for at least 2 grown ups to be upstairs with us in the treehouse for the duration of the party. Other grown ups can sit downstairs in our magical tearoom, Honey Hill Tearooms and enjoy a hot or cold drink and piece of cake (£5 minimum spend applies to all adults staying in the tearoom for the duration of the party. This can be paid via a tab under the booking name or separately, per person) If the children are at a comfortable age to be dropped off, you can of course choose this too, as long as there are at least 2 grown ups with us upstairs. Just let us know either way! 

How many grown ups are allowed in the Treehouse for the duration of the party? 

Our aim is to ensure the children have the most magical experience as possible when attending Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse, therefore we recommend 2-10 adults are upstairs in the treehouse for the duration of a birthday party booking, to ensure the children can move around safely, play happily and hear all of our instructions. Grown ups are welcome to swap during the party via our secret door to the tearoom at the bottom of the stairs!

Is there a toilet / changing facility in Fairy Tara's Treehouse?

We have a very magical fairy toilet upstairs with us, so there is no need for any children to go up and down the stairs when they are visiting! We do have baby changing facilities but only downstairs in the secondary toilet, in Honey Hill Tearooms. 

Can we choose any theme/ characters?

Yes you can! Choose from any of our themes or choose a mixture (we've had all sorts of mixed themes!) And you can confirm this with us 2 weeks before. The difference in theme means a different potion name/colour/ingredients, different characters, different themed dancing & games and a different craft. Each theme is suitable for all genders and we cater to the age range of each party with lots of thought, so don't worry about whether it is suitable - we're always working our magic behind the scenes to make sure each age range & gender is catered for! 

Can we bring our own food/ drink / snacks in to Fairy Tara's Treehouse?

Unfortunately we can't allow any food or drink in the treehouse other than water in a bottle or a hot drink in a takeaway cup out of reach of little hands. Please make sure if you bring snacks for little ones that you enjoy them outside of the treehouse! Honey Hill Tearooms do not allow any external food in the tearoom. 

Why do you need our home address when booking for a birthday party?

We specialise in personalised Fairy Mail, sent from Toadstool Post Office on Rainbow Island, hand written by Fairy Tara herself! By asking for our home address, Fairy Tara can post a magical invitation letter to the birthday girl or boy before their big day, so they know what to expect! 

Can babies attend a birthday party in the Treehouse?

We recommend tiny fairies and elves staying downstairs in Honey Hill Tearooms for the duration of a birthday party booking to ensure everyone is super safe - there are lots of magical things upstairs with us that are not suitable for little mouths, but of course under adult supervision little ones can be present if they are not able to sit downstairs with a grown up. Buggies are not permitted upstairs, so they will need to be kept downstairs, outside the fairy door. Unfortunately we don't have a cover for buggies currently, so do bring in anything you would like to keep dry. We do however have baby changing available in the toilets at Honey Hill Tearooms! 

Is there parking opposite your venue? 

Yes there is! Opposite us, you'll find a yard to park your car. Please be mindful of horse stables and horse boxes as we are on a working farm with horses often walking in and out. Sometimes the yard is extra busy, so if you can't find a space, there is no more parking available : second left turning after The Old Dairy building on your left, drive all the way down and you'll find lots of barns and workshops. You can park anywhere around the yard and walk round to us. 

Does the Fairytale Feast in Honey Hill Tearooms cater to allergies/specific dietary requirements? 

Yes! Honey Hill Tearooms make and bake everything in house with our wonderful professional team of bakers and cooks. Each child's Fairytale Feast box is handmade in our 5* hygiene rated kitchen, not around any nuts.  Please note, for nut allergies, the only nuts in the tearoom are on our coffee & walnut cake, which is baked and prepared in a separate location and brought in separately to the other bakes, with specific tongs. Other than this, there are no other traces of nuts around our prepared food. Honey Hill Tearooms can cater for GF, VG and V. All of our fairy biscuits and fairy cupcakes are vegan. 

How do we pay for our final bill at the end of the party? 

 Fairy Tara will confirm final costs from the entertainment & fairytale feast (if that option is chosen) via email. For the £5 minimum spend for adults attending, this can be paid on the day at the till in Honey Hill Tearooms. The final amount of children attending with be confirmed 9 days before the booking, which will be added up and confirmed with costs on the day of the booking. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The safety of the children attending Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse is our absolute priority, as much as keeping the magic alive, so we ask that you follow Fairy Tara's Treehouse Rules for the duration of your visit! 

🍄Please wait for Fairy Tara and/or another character to greet you at the door before coming upstairs into the treehouse, unless we have told you otherwise! 

🍄Please make sure every little one is supervised at all times (if little ones decide to go downstairs to go and find their grown up during a birthday party, please make sure an adult has supervised this!) If little ones are being dropped off we ensure we have eyes on each child for the duration of their visit! 

🍄Please treat our characters, belongings and little friends with respect! Fairy Tara always ensures kindness is key, so we please ask that your little ones treat Fairy Tara's magical belongings with respect, as well as our props and decorations downstairs in the tearoom. If there are any damages to our belongings and equipment, you may be asked to pay for a replacement. Fairy Tara also asks that your little ones do not touch the Elves' houses in the tree or any of their belongings, as the magic may fade if they are pulled away from their homes! 

By confirming your booking, you understand that the £75 deposit is a non refundable payment to confirm your time slot at Fairy Tara's Enchanted Treehouse, AL6 0LL. Should you need to cancel your booking,  please let us know within 3 weeks and we can re schedule for a later available date. If your booking is cancelled within 2 weeks, we may not be able to fill the booking slot and therefore will need to add a £100 charge which will be invoiced to the booking email address. 

By booking a fairytale feast add-on with Honey Hill Tearooms, you accept that the full room is not hired out to your party alone, and there may be members of the public enjoying a meal in our space. Please be mindful of others and ask your children to remain in the party area for the duration of the party food/cake celebrations. To ensure the children and members of the public attending the tearoom are safe and have the most magical time possible, we ask that you please keep noise at an acceptable level. If your little ones are disturbing customers and/or the horses around our venue, we may politely ask you to leave the premises.
