An opportunity to learn basic pole technique, including preparation for climbing and spinning, and a short contemporary pole sequence. You will also be given fun creative tasks that will enable you to approach the pole from your creative perspective as a performer.

Rowena is an international performer who has been teaching, making, and performing work with the pole for 8 years. Her experimental approach to pole has received much critical acclaim.
