Mendip Elf Toy Workshop

Multiple dates and times Secret Mendip location, to be disclosed in your paper invitation

Tucked away in the rolling Mendips, where the hills whisper secrets and the air smells of moss and magic, there lives a carpenter called Rowe. After some hold ups in the North Pole, Father Christmas has sent in his elves to help Rowe with a very special task; to craft wooden toys for children to be ready in time for Christmas Eve. But Rowe and the elves can’t do it alone… they need some little Somerset helpers!

Join Twinkle the Elf and her merry band for a 2-hour magical workshop adventure where you'll:

  • Receive your very own paper elf invitation, delivered straight from the North Pole to your doorstep ✨
  • Explore the rural, mysterious festive trail, wellies advised
  • Step inside Storyville Palace, where Twinkle tells her Christmas tale from the heart of the hills 📖
  • Discover the hidden off grid elf toy workshop nestled in the Mendip Hills 🌲
  • Build and decorate your unique, sustainably sourced wooden toy
  • Accessorise your special toy with soft furnishings and a cosy Christmas mouse to take home 🐭
  • Receive your official North Pole Toy Building Elf Certificate
  • Warm up by the log burner with steaming organic hot chocolate and fluffy marshmallows ☕
  • Feast on homemade locally sourced festive treats by the twinkling Christmas tree 🍪
  • Experience it all with your beloved accompanying grown up, who will also enjoy festive beverages and treats

The big man will not be in attendance because he's a busy man, this is an elf only environment.

🎁 Limited to only 12 young elves per session who must bring their grown-up helper to share the magic. Adult tickets only available to purchase with a child's ticket, obviously multiple carers welcome with tickets but everyone must have their own ticket.

Prices:

  • Child (recommended age between 3 to 8 years old): £29
  • Accompanying Adult (required with a child's ticket): £9

Recommended age range between 3 and 8 years old, babes in arms welcome but access is NOT buggy friendly and the location is a walk from the car. Parking is free.

Please dress warmly and bring waterproof clothing and wellies, as its a rural, location. We’ll be wishing for snow, though rain is more likely!
If you’ve booked a later slot, we also recommend bringing a torch.
