Hands-On Claude Cowork: From Prompts to Deliverables & Automated Workflows

• Workflow #1 — The messy folder cleanup. Point Cowork at a folder you actually have (Downloads is the usual disaster). Write the brief together, review Claude's plan, refine it, run it. Walk away with a real folder, actually cleaned up.
• Workflow #2 — Your first recurring task. Build one scheduled task that delivers something useful on a cadence. A weekly metrics digest. A Monday inbox triage. A Friday status update pulled from Slack and Drive. You design it; we wire it; it runs without you.
