Need help?
Could job rotation help you develop your workforce while keeping your business moving?
Join Sandwell College and regional partners for a practical employer roundtable exploring how job rotation can help businesses address skills gaps, release employees for training and maintain day-to-day operations.
What is job rotation?
Job rotation gives employees time away from their usual duties to undertake training, with temporary cover arranged to help maintain business operations.
With support from partners including West Midlands Combined Authority, DWP and Jobcentre Plus, the programme aims to help employers invest in workforce development while managing the operational challenges that can come with releasing staff for training.
What we'll cover
During the session, you'll hear more about:
- Funding opportunities and eligibility
- How temporary cover can support your business
- Workforce training and skills priorities
- How the Job Rotation Programme works in practice
- The potential benefits for employers
- Practical next steps for your organisation
The session is designed to be interactive, giving employers the opportunity to share their current workforce challenges and help shape practical next steps for job rotation and skills support.
