Prerequisites & Expectations

• 10 sec standing H2H & F2H (no step)
  

• Podshedshka to 2-high
  

• Pitch to hip catch

• Push or tempo to long-arm H2H or F2H (no holding)

If you struggle with the prerequisites:

You’ll focus heavily on foundations and alignment. Expect to establish solid basics, understand the mechanics behind pitching and podshedshka, and receive a clear roadmap for harder skills. You’ll begin tempo work, but combinations and tricks may still feel challenging.

If you have the prerequisites:

You’ll build the foundations of tempo work, podshedshka, and pitch. We’ll also begin advanced balance work such as one-foots and one-arms. Courbet & cascade will be a key focus.

If you exceed the prerequisites:You’ll refine your dynamic foundations, work on harder variations of pitch and podshedshka, and continue improving courbet & cascade — potentially even without lines.
