Prerequisites & Expectations

• Tempos in H2H & F2H (no release)
• Pitch F2H
• Knot
• Podshedshka H2H
• Courbet & cascade in longe

If you struggle with the prerequisites:

You’ll spend significant time improving tempo timing and alignment, refining throwing and catching, and building clarity in courbet & cascade. You’ll clean up pitches and podshedshkas, though advanced variations may remain challenging.

If you have the prerequisites:

We’ll work on making your tempos higher and more efficient, improve one-foots and one-arms, and train dynamic tricks out of lines. In longe, you’ll work on skills beyond courbet & cascade, including handspring, saltos, and more.

If you exceed the prerequisites:

You’ll perfect courbet & cascade, work on new dynamic tricks in and out of the longe, and fine-tune advanced static H2H & F2H elements such as one-arms and one-foots.
