Prerequisites & Expectations

• • Tempos H2H & F2H (with release)
    

  • One-arm H2H 3 sec

  • Courbet and/or cascade with spotters

If you struggle with the prerequisites:

You’ll train courbet & cascade in longe and learn how to gradually take them out of lines. We’ll cover the basics of one-arms and significantly improve your tempo work. You’ll try simplified versions of advanced dynamic tricks, though some drills may still feel demanding.

If you have the prerequisites:

You’ll have the opportunity to train tricks of your choice out of lines with spotters, explore variations, entries, and exits for one-arms, and gain experience with knots. Dynamic tricks such as saltos and handsprings will be part of the curriculum.

If you exceed the prerequisites:

We will challenge you fully. You’ll have dedicated time for the tricks you want to pursue, and daily spotting sessions will give you the opportunity to safely take skills out of lines and work on high-level dynamic content.
