The refreshed Torbay Destination Management Plan (DMP) has been developed. Now it's time to turn the vision into action!

About the Workshop:

Join Torbay tourism businesses, industry leaders and place partners for a dynamic, hands-on DMP Workshop, where we'll work together to identify priorities, agree practical actions and create a shared roadmap for delivery.

This workshop is focused on 'doing' and 'what happens next'— that will help drive Torbay's visitor economy forward and secure its position as the UK's premier coastal destination.

Why attend - Help Drive Delivery:

The future success of Torbay's visitor economy depends on collective action. We're looking for businesses that want to move beyond discussion and play an active role in delivering impact and change.

This is your chance to take part! The DMP sets the direction, but successful delivery depends on businesses and partners working together to prioritise actions, resources and opportunities that will make the biggest impact.

If you want to help decide the priorities that move forward and be part of delivering lasting benefits for businesses, communities and visitors alike, this workshop is for you.

By attending, you'll help shape initiatives that support:

  • Business growth and prosperity
  • A stronger, more competitive visitor economy
  • Greater collaboration across the sector
  • Increased year-round opportunities
  • Investment, innovation and destination development
  • A shared ambition for Torbay's future success

What to Expect:

  • The DMP
We'll provide a concise overview of the refreshed DMP, the key priorities and opportunities that will guide Torbay's visitor economy over the coming years.
  • Build the Action Plan together
Work alongside fellow businesses and stakeholders to identify and shape the actions that will have the greatest impact. Together, we'll create a practical, ambitious and deliverable action plan focused on real outcomes and delivery.
