Midsummer Reset

As we move through the height of summer, take an evening to pause, reconnect and reset.

This nurturing sound bath experience has been thoughtfully designed to help you step away from the demands of daily life and sink into a state of deep rest. Through guided self-massage, gentle breath awareness and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, you will be invited to release tension, quiet the mind and restore balance within.

Midsummer is a time of abundance, light and renewal. This session offers the opportunity to reflect, recharge and create space for what you wish to cultivate during the months ahead.

No previous experience is needed. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing (even PJs!) and bring anything that helps you feel cosy and supported, such as blankets, cushions and fluffy socks.
