Faces, Places, Traces brings together the poets Chris Fogg and Chris Waters with the jazz saxophonist and composer Rob Yockney to explore a range of global themes in response to some of the major humanitarian issues facing the world today - climate change, refugees - as well as asking questions about identity, home and belonging.

The show is an intimate conversation between the performers and the audience with poems and stories interwoven between passages of haunting, uplifting jazz. At times moving and poignant, at times humorous and witty, Chris, Chris & Rob will take audiences on a journey from the deserts of Africa to the the frozen Arctic, by way of Asia, South America, and Europe. From the ruined city of Machu Pichu, the Tuareg nomads of Mali, to the Reindeer migrations of Magaroya, by way of Manchester, London and Devon.
