What to bring

Please bring your swimwear, and two towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself after your session. Drinking water is provided but you can also bring a water bottle which must be left outside the sauna.

Changing Rooms?

We have simple, open-plan changing areas at both of our sauna sites.

The changing rooms are managed by our sauna hosts, and use of the changing facilities is only guaranteed during your booked session.

We recommend arriving dressed in your swimwear, ready to go straight into the sauna.

There is no guarantee of immediate access to the changing rooms, and you may need to wait if you prefer to change in the changing area. You are also welcome to change outside or in the toilets.
