REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
$395/person when booked by August 31, $425/person when booked after August 31.
$150/person convenience fee for NOT staying at the Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Nashville AND booking through our room block.   (in order to keep event expenses to a minimum, event attendees are strongly encouraged to book through our room block.)

**Group speakers, discussion groups, meals as indicated & event materials all included with your registration fee.
**Final times, itinerary, topics will be sent to all attendees prior to the meeting**

*Single/Double Room: $209 + tax per night.  
*Hotel only offers valet parking, $55/night.  Public lots are also located across the street from the hotel. 
*WiFi is included in the guest rooms & meeting space, there is no resort fee at this hotel.
*Hotel is about 8 miles from the Nashville Internation Airport (BNA).  

Group rates are available from 1/8-11.  Rate extended 2 days pre/post based on availability.  If rooms are not available when you register, please message Robyn.
 In order to secure group hotel rate, room must be booked prior to December 9, 2025 at 5p, CST. 
Please reserve space as soon as possible as block rooms are limited.
