LACTIC BURN - Fitness/ MTB/ SUP
This event combines a 1 or 2 hour/s Outdoors Fitness training session/ Bootcamp (the class consists of trail running, bodyweight and weighted circuits), *off-road cycling, SUP (stand up paddle boarding) or kayaking and return off-road cycling back to the start point.
*the cycling element can be omitted if you are not ready for the full BEASTING.
The ticket price includes the Outdoors Fitness class and SUP or kayak hire (including safety equipment). You will need to supply or hire your own bicycle. A mountain, hybrid or cyclocross bike is recommended as the majority of the route is on farmland, gravel, bridleways, forest paths and trails.
EVENT ITINERY
8am to 10am - Outdoors Fitness class 1 or 2 hours
- BRUNCH (1 hour)
11am to 1pm - Off-road bike ride approx. 15 miles
1:30pm to 2:30pm - SUP (stand up paddle board or Kayak) 1 hour
- LUNCH (1 hour)
4pm to 6pm - Off-road bike ride approx. 15 miles
All participants receive a finishers medal and a LACTIC BURN technical t-shirt.
You can cycle as part of a group or download the supplied GPX and make your own way to and from Broxbourne
